Mr. Vinod Kumar, is the founder of GLEAM Consultancy Services. He started his career in 1996 from United Arab Emirates and then moved on to New Delhi and later to his current location at Coimbatore. As an employee and consultant Mr. Vinod has worked with various industries such as textile, education, construction, NGO, earthmoving equipment manufacturing in different positions such as Assistant Manager, Project Co-ordinator, Marketing Co-ordinator, 6 Sigma - Black Belt, In-house Trainer & Mentor and Motivational Speaker.

Mr. Vinod has done his graduation in commerce from Calicut University and has been trained on 6 Sigma methodologies from CAT University. He is a well-known motivator & trainer. People get benefited more thru his various programs at business houses and educational institutes and people found him great motivator and mentor with positive attitude.
